The first thing we need to do is determine how we can best meet your needs. We will discuss how many people will be using the vending machines to determine what types of machines, how many, and the required size. We will ask about what sort of workers or clientelle you are looking after to determine the most suitable products to offer in the vending machine. We know that office workers like different things to building site workers, and hotels need different products to hospitals. We will also discuss the space to confirm that there is a suitable location for a vending machine. We might need to visit the location and take some measurements ourselves.
Free Delivery & Installation
Our team will arranges for the vending machines to be delivered and installed in the desired location. We then set up the machine ensuring the settings of the machines are suitable for your site, checking the payment systems are set up for the location and most importantly, filling machines with all your yummy snacks and drinks. The refrigeration system will need a couple of hours to cool down the drinks but otherwise the machines are able to be used right away.
Free Servicing & Support
We monitor the machines remotely and come to service them when they start to run low on stock. On our visits we refill the machines and service the vending systems to ensure the machines continue to operate smoothly. Should there be any issues, all of our machines have a QR contact form for customers to contact us directly, so you do not need to worry about anything. We are also just a phone call away should you have any concerns.
